We are
delighted that Janet Gaskell will be doing another workshop at Dandelion Time
covering Autumn produce, including chutneys and quince or redcurrant jelly.
Janet worked as a cookery teacher for many years, she is an expert in domestic
and rural crafts and is a frequent judge at local agricultural produce shows.
Preserving is not difficult once you learn a few basic principles and we'll also
teach you a few tricks of the trade. Home made preserves are much tastier and
cheaper and the feeling of satisfaction from producing your own is
unbeatable.

on display. We will be
selling homemade cakes and
mulled apple juice. The children
are most welcome and will be
able to have a homemade tea, do
fun and craft activities while
