Blue Peter visits Dandelion Time

DandelionTime received a visit from the BBC Blue Peter team and Andy Akinwolere presented Dandelion Time with a cheque for £10,000 from Comic Relief.  This will help the charity to continue its vital work with children struggling with the effects of trauma and emotional difficulties.

Alex (10) who has been going to Dandelion Time for 3 months said "it was fantastic, I showed Andy my woodwork project and he helped me make pasta and we made a chocolate cake. He gave us a board with £10,000 which I pretended to take home!"

Peacock Parade by Leeann Camut

We are delighted that Leeann Camut has chosen Dandelion Time as one of her dedicated charities in the launch of her new and first book for children, Peacock Parade.  Dandelion Time will receive some of the profits from the sale of this excellent book which, in a lovely way, helps us to understand that everybody, no matter who they are or what their circumstances are in life, has a gift and something to offer to others.  The book is now available to purchase in the uk through Amazon.
